    Return and Exchange Policy

    DEXINR encourage complains and feedback from our valued customers. In case you are raising a claim kindly read following policy;

    • In case of exchange or refund you are requested to log your complaints through complain form with in 36 hours of receiving order. No claim will be entertained in case of complaint log after 36 hours of receiving order.
    • For refund customer will have to courier the product very next day of logging complain
    • Exchange of equal value can be made with in 5 working days
    • Customer will have to bear courier charges (return) in case of replacement or refund
    • For exchange or refund, all items must be in original condition with tags and labels intact
    • No refund of discounted or on sale products
    • Articles will not be exchanged that appears to be worn, washed and/or shrunk
    • Claim will be processed with in 20 working days
